JOB OVERVIEW

A top Austin real estate brand is looking for its creative right hand.

Not a virtual assistant. Not a scheduler. A creative — someone who lives on social media, thinks in content, and knows how to make a brand feel like something worth following.

You'll build and execute the content strategy for a 23-year REALTOR® with a strong brand, a real audience, and serious ---------- ntum across Austin's Lake Travis corridor. Instagram, Facebook, YouTube — you'll own the presence across all three.
If making things look great and feel right is genuinely what you do — this is your role.

What You'll Own:

Social Media & Content
Create and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Write captions that sound human and on-brand. Design graphics and thumbnails that stop the scroll. Repurpose long-form content into short-form posts and Reels. Basic video editing a plus — not required.

Marketing Design
Build listing flyers, postcards, and marketing collateral in Canva. Transform property details into polished, on-brand visuals. Keep all marketing assets consistent, current, and beautiful.


Email
& Campaigns
Build and send email campaigns in Mailchimp and real estate CRM. Manage list segments, test before sending, track performance.

Growth (Where This Goes)
This role grows into Meta ads management for the right person. We're building something — and you'll grow with it.

You Are:
A creative who's also reliable — the rare combination. You have a genuine feel for social media, not just familiarity with it. You write well in English. You're fluent in Canva. You're self-directed enough to execute without someone standing over you, and communicative enough to flag when you need direction.

Adobe skills? We'll notice. Video editing? Bonus. An actual personality that shows up in the work? Required.

20–30 hrs/week | Pay based on experience | Real growth potential
Partial U.S. Central Time overlap required. Daily end-of-day summary required.
