Remote Ecommerce Operations Manager (Full-Time, Long-Term)

We are a U.S.-based supplement manufacturing and fulfillment company looking for a strong Remote Operations Manager to support our Operations Lead.

This role is for someone experienced, structured, and independent. You must be able to manage workflows, track inventory, oversee fulfillment coordination, and communicate professionally with U.S.-based clients, without constant supervision.

We are building a long-term operations team and are looking for someone who can think ahead, solve problems, and bring improvement ideas, not just complete tasks.

Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee manufacturing and fulfillment timelines
• Monitor inventory levels and prevent stockouts
• Manage CRM pipelines (Zoho or similar)
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners
• Support client communication via email and Zoom
• Improve internal processes and document SOPs
• Flag risks before they become problems

You Must Have:

• 3+ years in ecommerce operations, logistics, or fulfillment
• Strong CRM experience (Zoho, Salesforce, Shopify, etc.)
• Experience coordinating shipments or 3PLs
• Clear, professional English - comfortable with phone and video calls with clients
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Pure appointment setters
• Candidates who need daily instruction
• Short-term freelancers

Compensation:

• Full-time (40 hours/week)
• $5.50–$6/hour depending on experience
