Marketing Specialist B2B

Virtue Capital is a rapidly growing private lending firm specializing in structured commercial funding solutions. We work with a national network of referral partners and maintain a seasoned in-house financial sales team.

We are looking for a highly skilled Email & SMS Marketing Specialist who can drive qualified B2B lead generation through advanced CRM automation, outbound sequencing, and strategic content execution.

Position Overview

This role is responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling our outbound email and SMS campaigns targeting B2B partners, brokers, and business owners.

You must be highly experienced in:

Instantly.ai

B2B outbound campaign strategy


Email deliverability and inbox optimization

Content creation for cold outreach

This is a performance-driven role for someone who understands both strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage outbound campaigns using HighLevel CRM

Develop and optimize multi-touch sequences in Instantly.ai

Manage email warm-up, inbox rotation, and deliverability strategy

Write high-converting B2B email and SMS copy

Create landing page and funnel content when needed

Manage lead segmentation, tagging, and automation workflows

Track KPIs (open rates, reply rates, booked calls, cost per lead)

Continuously A/B test messaging and sequences

Collaborate with sales team to optimize appointment flow

Required Qualifications

3+ years experience in B2B email marketing

Advanced experience with GoHighLevel (automation, workflows, pipelines)

Expert-level experience with Instantly.ai

Proven track record generating qualified B2B leads

Strong understanding of:

Cold email infrastructure

Domain setup & SPF/DKIM/DMARC


Email deliverability best practices

Experience writing persuasive outreach copy

Data-driven mindset

Self-managed and results-oriented

Preferred Experience

Experience in finance, private lending, or financial services

Familiarity with lead scraping tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.)

SMS marketing strategy experience

Funnel building and basic landing page design

CRM migration or system buildouts
