Video Editor & Content Creator Assistant

I'm looking for a skilled, experienced video editor to join my team full time. I run Nunu Creator Club, an online education brand teaching makers, crafters, and Etsy sellers how to grow their businesses. My content needs to look polished, dynamic, and professional — not basic.

What you'll be editing:
- YouTube videos (10-30 minutes, talking head style)
- Instagram Reels (cut down from long form footage)
- Short form social content

What I expect:
- Dynamic editing with smooth transitions and effects
- Animated captions (NOT plain text — stylized and on brand)
- Motion graphics to highlight key points and keep viewers engaged
- B-roll integration to break up talking head footage
- Clean audio, color grading, and professional finishing
- Custom intro/outro
- Turnaround within 48 hours per video

Requirements:
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (required)
- Strong motion graphics skills (After Effects experience is a big plus)
- Portfolio showing dynamic, high-energy content, please do not apply without examples
- Experience editing for online educators or content creators preferred
- Reliable, communicates clearly, and meets deadlines without chasing
