I am looking for a Full Time Video Editor for my Youtube Channel about Motorcycles

We are looking for a video editor to create / edit YouTube videos about motorcycles who can work full time, 40-45 hours per week
Being a fan of motorcycles or having experience in this niche is a big plus!

The length of the videos should be around 20-30 minutes and we pay $700 dollars per month when producing 1-2 videos per day. You will spend around 40-45 hours per week on this. Possible bonuses based on results would be on top of this.

We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience/work in creating social media video content, especially YouTube videos.
- Has experience using video editing softwares such as Adobe Premiere Pro
- Fluent in English
- The style should adhere to our brand guidelines.
- Optional: Has licenses for music & background effects such as Epidemic Sounds or Envato.
- Has experience with Eleven Labs
However, you can be very creative to make the videos entertaining and engaging.
