• If performance is great (quality + speed + consistency), there is an opportunity to do more hours / to go full-time and take on more responsibility long-term.

We edit in a clean, minimalistic, modern health style (Iman Gadzhi-ish).
Think: bold headlines, metric overlays (Whoop/EightSleep), simple animations, high retention pacing — not “cinematic documentary.”

What you will do
• Edit 7 shorts/week (30–60s) from raw talking-head + b-roll
• Hook-first editing (first 1 second must hit, first 3 seconds must be strong)
• Add clean dynamic captions + word highlighting (not overdone)
• Add metric overlays (Whoop/EightSleep screenshots), headline cards, simple animations
• Use Canva for quick visual assets (rounded edges, frames, text cards) when needed
• Export correctly for IG/TikTok/YouTube Shorts (9:16, safe margins, clean file names)
• Follow SOPs and keep Google Drive organized
• Daily status updates + hit deadlines

Expected delivery: 7 shorts/week, with daily progress updates and fast revisions (same day when needed).

• After Effects (simple motion graphics)
• Thumbnail / cover design
• Strong retention instincts

We’ll start with one quick 1 test edit, then a short 2-week paid trial phase to make sure the workflow is smooth.
You should be comfortable delivering consistently and revising quickly when needed.
