SETTING CALLER - EARN $1,000-$1,500 PER WEEK (MALE VOICE ONLY)

THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're hiring full-time callers to contact existing clients about pre-funded trading accounts. You handle initial outreach via text and phone, then book them with our closer who finalizes the sale.
This is NOT cold calling. These are warm leads who already use our service and trust us.
Your job: Qualify interest, book the appointment. Our closers handle the pressure.

FINANCIAL COMPENSATION

YOUR DAILY WORKFLOW:
TEXTING (30% of your time):
Morning: Send outreach messages to existing clients about the pre-funded account offer Throughout day: Follow up with those who don't immediately reply After calls: Send booking confirmation texts and appointment reminders
You're using Telegram to contact warm leads (our existing bot users). These people know us and trust us. Response rates are high.
PHONING (70% of your time):
One call per interested prospect. Your goal: explain the offer briefly, qualify their interest, and book them for a call with our closer.
Average call length: 15 minutes. You are NOT closing the sale. You're setting the appointment. The closer handles all objections, pricing negotiations, and final sale.
Conversion rate: 40%+ of people you call end up buying.
This is extremely high because:
-They're already customers (warm audience)
-The offer is valuable
-It's an upsell (they already trust the main product)
-You follow a proven script

WHY THIS ROLE IS LOW PRESSURE:
- No cold calling (everyone knows us already)
- No closing (someone else handles that part)
- No rejection handling (closer deals with objections)
- Script provided (proven framework you follow)
- Warm leads (high response and conversion rates)
You're the bridge. You educate, qualify, and book. The closer does the heavy lifting.

WORK SCHEDULE:
Full-time: 40 hours per week Flexible within 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM CET (Central European Time) You choose your 8-hour window, but must have minimum 6 hours overlap with CET business hours
Example schedules that work:
3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Manila Time (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CET)
4:00 PM - 12:00 AM Manila Time (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM CET)

NON-NEGOTIABLES (MUST HAVE ALL):
1. FLUENT O ---------- ENGLISH (Speaking + Writing) You'll be calling and texting international clients. Must be clearly understood on the phone. Fluency is required. We will test this with a voice/video sample.
2. FULL-TIME COMMITMENT This is a 40-hour/week role. No side jobs, no part-time. We need consistency and focus.
3. STABLE INTERNET CONNECTION No frequent disconnections. You'll be on calls and need reliability. Backup internet solution required (mobile data as backup).
4. QUIET, PROFESSIONAL WORKSPACE You need a dedicated space where you can make calls without background noise. No crying babies, traffic sounds, or interruptions during calls. Professional environment essential.
5. QUALITY PHONE + HEADSET Clear audio is critical. You need a reliable smartphone or computer with a microphone/headset that produces crystal-clear sound. We will test audio quality before hiring.
6. PROVEN PHONE EXPERIENCE We need someone who has done phone-based sales, customer service, or appointment setting before.

WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT:
Previous experience in high-ticket sales or financial services
Experience with WhatsApp Business, Telegram, or CRM systems
Track record of 50%+ appointment show rates as a setter
Comfortable discussing trading, investing, or prop firms (we'll train you, but prior knowledge helps)
Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
Organized and detail-oriented (tracking follow-ups, updating CRM)

- You've never done phone sales before (we need proven experience)
- You can't commit to the CET time overlap requirement
