Social Media Manager with the right feeling

Finding the right social media manager is difficult.
Someone who will use all our knowledge and experience of our program and our target audience and combine them with their experience and talent.

Plenty of people respond to my ads, but it’s hard to find that one right person. That person with the right skills, the right insights, and the right feeling for what we do.

Social media is a complex discipline. You learn this by understanding the specific market and target audience, by working with results and numbers, and by analyzing what worked and what didn’t. To start all over again tomorrow, because the algorithms have changed.

A feeling for what we are doing is important. Also talent in authentic writing, talent to make visuals that stand out, a good feeling for the different platforms, the ability to see what to post, when and where, and to monitor the results of your posts. This is where a certain talent comes in.

We are looking for a social media manager who fits this description.
The position is for 20 hours a week, including some tasks on weekends.
You can work from home and mostly plan your own working hours.
