Video Editor - Real Estate

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Real Estate Video Editor to join our growing team. You will be responsible for editing engaging property videos, reels, and short-form content for social media platforms.

If you have a strong eye for storytelling, smooth transitions, clean cuts, and know how to make properties look premium and inviting — we’d love to work with you!

Must Have:
-Proven experience editing real estate videos (Reels, short-form, walkthroughs)
-Strong portfolio with sample edited videos
-Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software
-Ability to create engaging short-form content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
-Experience adding subtitles, background music, smooth transitions, and motion graphics
-Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
-Stable internet connection and reliable computer setup
-Good English communication skills

Responsibilities:
-Edit property walkthrough videos into engaging short-form and long-form content
-Add captions, transitions, sound effects, and background music
-Enhance video quality (color correction, lighting adjustments, audio clean-up)
-Follow brand style guidelines
-Repurpose long videos into multiple short clips
-Deliver videos on time according to the content calendar
-Collaborate with the marketing team for revisions and improvements

Plus to Have
-Experience working with real estate agents or property developers
-Basic knowledge of social media trends
-Skills in motion graphics (After Effects is a plus)
-Experience with drone footage editing
-Thumbnail design skills
