Full-Stack Developer

POSITION DESCRIPTION – Full-Stack Developer (Python + React)

Role Type: Mid–Senior Full-Stack Developer
Tech Stack: Python (backend), React (frontend), Linux, Docker
Reports To: Technology Lead / Operations Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for two experienced full-stack developers who can take loosely defined business objectives, ask the right clarifying questions, and independently deliver clean, production-ready solutions. These roles require strong problem-solving ability, confidence in managing ambiguity, and the capability to deliver end-to-end outcomes across integration, automation, and application development.

Online signup and customer onboarding systems

Service provisioning automation with an internal admin dashboard

Lead routing, SMS/email workflows, and customer-journey nurturing

Customer Portal redevelopment (billing, service tools, authentication)

Customer mobile app redevelopment (iOS & Android)

End-to-end workflow automation using APIs, scraping, and integrations

Code repository management, CI/CD pipelines, Dockerised deployments


Key Responsibilities

Deliver project-based work from requirements clarification through to production.

Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and define technical requirements.

Design, build, and test backend APIs, integrations, and automations in Python.

Develop front-end components and applications using React (JavaScript/TypeScript).

Implement UI designs into functional, user-friendly interfaces.

Collaborate with other developers and internal teams across multi-discipline projects.

Work with the DBA on data models, pipelines, and efficient SQL usage.

Deploy and maintain applications in a Linux + Docker (on-prem) environment.

Use GitHub and standard version control practices for all development work.


Required Technical Skills

Backend

Strong experience consuming and integrating third-party APIs.

HTTP web-scraping with BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Selenium, or Playwright.

Building automation workflows using APIs + web-scraping logic.

SQL proficiency across Postgres, MariaDB, or MySQL.

Linux fundamentals (bash, cron, SSH, CLI).

Docker (building Dockerfiles, creating images, deploying containers).

Frontend

Strong React development (JavaScript + TypeScript).

Solid HTML/CSS for implementing UI designs.

Core Knowledge

OAuth and general authentication flows.

SQL basics including aggregates, CTEs, window functions.

Comfortable working within Linux/Docker-based development and deployment environments.


Nice to Have (Not Required)

Experience with Entra OAuth.

Power Platform Component Framework (PCF).

Webserver configuration (Apache, Nginx).

Sysadmin experience (Linux).

Networking/security awareness (OWASP Top-10, firewalls, CDNs like Cloudflare/Fastly).

Graphic design skills or UI polishing ability.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or BC.
