Video Editor for VSL's/Direct Response Video Ads (Health Niche)

We are hiring a full-time Video Editor (40 hours per week) with strong experience creating high-converting VSL ads for eCommerce brands.

This is not just a basic editing role. We are looking for someone who understands direct response marketing, storytelling, and emotional persuasion, not just transitions and effects.

???? What We’re Looking For
You must have:

- Proven experience editing VSL-style ads for eCommerce
- Strong understanding of direct response marketing principles
- Ability to bring scripts to life visually, knowing:
- What visuals to use at each stage of the script
- How to amplify emotion through footage, pacing, sound design, and music
- How to build tension, problem awareness, agitation, and resolution
- Experience creating ads designed for conversions, not just views
- Strong storytelling instincts
- High attention to detail
- Professional communication and reliability

? Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in the health / wellness niche
- Experience using AI video generation tools
- Strong proficiency in CapCut (preferred primary editing software)
