IT Business Analyst

Join our dynamic team at Rising Tide Digital, Inc. as an IT Business Analyst. In this full-time role based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will play a crucial part in aligning our technology solutions with the strategic objectives of the business. As an expert in bridging the gap between IT and business requirements, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and drive digital transformation initiatives.

What you'll be doing
Elicit, analyse and document business requirements to ensure IT solutions meet organisational needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test and implement new systems and processes
Translate complex technical information into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
Develop data models, process flows and other artefacts to support the delivery of IT projects
Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT systems, identifying areas for optimisation
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
Minimum 4 years' experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as user stories, use cases and process mapping
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is highly desirable
