WordPress Web Designer (Elementor) — Long Term Role with Australian MSP

Hi, my name is Brett and I'm the Director of 4iT, an IT Managed Service Provider based in Sydney, Australia.

I'm looking for a dedicated WordPress web designer who is experienced with Elementor to join our team on a full time, long term basis.

You'll be designing and building WordPress websites using Elementor for both our business and our clients. This includes creating new sites from scratch, updating and improving existing sites, and adding content such as pages, blog posts, images, and calls to action. WordPress is our primary platform, but some of our clients have websites on other platforms such as Wix, so you may occasionally need to update content on those sites as well.

Here is what the role involves day to day:

+ Designing and building WordPress websites using Elementor.
+ Adding and updating content on existing WordPress sites.
+ Occasionally updating content on client websites built on other platforms such as Wix.
+ Creating landing pages and new website sections.
+ Basic on page SEO (meta titles, descriptions, alt tags, internal linking).
+ Working with me to ensure sites are professional, modern, and aligned with our clients' brands.
+ Light image editing and sourcing for web use.

You will have access to paid AI tools and are encouraged to use them to work smarter and more efficiently. We invest in the best tools to help our team do great work.

What I'm looking for:

+ Experience building WordPress websites using Elementor (this is the most important skill).
+ A portfolio or examples of WordPress sites you have designed.
+ Good attention to detail and an eye for clean, professional design.
+ Willingness to learn our way of doing things and follow instructions.
+ Reliable daily communication.

This is a full time position (40 hours per week). You should work during regular Philippine daytime hours (for example 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm PHT). This naturally overlaps with our Australian business hours which is important for daily communication. This role is intended to be your primary job and I expect your full time commitment during these hours.

I do expect a daily report at the end of your working day so we stay aligned.

I'm looking for someone who wants to grow with us over the long term. I believe in investing in the people I work with and I will provide training, feedback, and support to help you succeed.

Salary is $700 to $900 USD per month depending on your experience. I will also pay the 13th month bonus in December.
