Remote HVAC Dispatcher / Sales Operator_Experienced | Housecall Pro Required)

A U.S.-based HVAC company operating in California is looking for an experienced Remote Dispatcher / Sales Operator to join our team.
This is a full-time remote position.

Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and close service and installation bookings
• Handle cold calls and outbound follow-ups when required
• Monitor and respond to all incoming leads (calls, messages, website forms, chats)
• Schedule technicians and manage daily dispatch operations
• Ensure no lead is missed or left without response
• Accurately enter and track data in the CRM system
• Follow company scripts, standards, and sales processes

Requirements:
• Fluent / advanced English (spoken and written) — mandatory
• Proven experience in dispatching and call handling
• Strong sales skills and ability to close customer calls
• Experience with cold calls and outbound follow-ups
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead sources simultaneously
• High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and self-discipline
• Stable internet connection and quiet workspace

Working Conditions:
• Remote position
• 12-hour night shifts (Philippines time)
• 4 working days per week
• U.S.-based HVAC company (California, PST time zone)
