Graphic Designer/Artist (Emphasis on ARTIST) Needed for Shirt Design

Our company is looking to hire a part time graphic artist to create designs for T-shirts and Mugs. If you're hired, you'll be working with a small team that will work together to find design ideas, create the designs (That's you), and then upload them to various sales channels.

Here's how I'll know that you're perfect for the job:
- You have a strong portfolio of artwork and designs that have made money for you or someone else
- Among those designs are several T-shirt designs
- You have a clear artistic eye and your friends and family would describe you as an artist
- You're really good about making deadlines and delivering on time.
- You're super organized.
- You're trustworthy and would never consider reselling the same design to someone else
- As a bonus, maybe you've some experience creating designs specifically for the merch by amazon platform

Here are some details about the job:
- We are going to work on a weekly basis with the intention of finishing at least 15 designs per week.
- The designs will range in complexity from simple word art on mugs to more complex t-shirt designs
- As the business grows, the number of designs we are creating weekly will grow as well

Here are some details about how much the job pays:
- This job will last about 6 weeks but there may be potential for more work after that.
- We are paying on a per design basis - looking for $4 per design
