1)Describe a specific time you set up, troubleshot, or optimised the EzzyBills integration with MYOB Business (Connected Ledger) for an Australian client. What were the biggest issues. Walk us through the exact steps you took to fix them and the result (e.g., time saved, error rate reduced, or how it affected the client’s cashflow).

Give one detailed example of how you handled GST on food/supplier invoices, BAS preparation, STP payroll, superannuation, or PAYG for them. Include a specific time you spotted a compliance risk or error and liaised with the client’s accountant or the ATO to resolve it — what was the issue and what was the outcome?
3)Give a concrete example of how you helped a business owner (ideally in hospitality or food service) get better visibility into their numbers. What weekly or monthly reports/dashboards did you build? What key insights did you uncover? What was the measurable result for the owner?
4)Describe a time you proactively identified and fixed a financial or operational issue for a client before it became a crisis. What was the issue, how did you fix it, and what impact did it have?
