18-unit Boutique Hotel located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and highly experienced Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. This role is critical to ensuring both our operations and guest communications run smoothly, turnovers are managed efficiently, and technology systems are implemented correctly.

Position: Guest Experience & Operations Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a Guest Experience & Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day back-end operations while also handling guest communications during the shift. This VA will oversee cleaning schedules, coordinate handyman, assist with property management systems, and ensure guests receive timely and professional responses. This is a long-term, full-time role with opportunities to grow into a leadership role within our operations team.

Responsibilities:
Guest-Facing:
• Manage guest communications across all platforms (Airbnb, ---------- , Expedia, VRBO, etc.) during assigned shift.
• Handle booking confirmations, modifications, and cancellations.
• Resolve guest issues professionally and escalate to vendors/management as needed.
• Monitor arrivals, address urgent guest issues, and prepare end-of-shift reports to ensure a smooth morning transition.
• Respond promptly to guest issues such as lockouts, booking modifications, or emergency situations.

Operations:
• Manage and monitor cleaning assignments and ensure quality control.
• Coordinate handyman schedules and document all maintenance activities.
• Manage all property management functions within CloudBeds, including reservations, guest communication, billing, and room status updates.
• Maintain property checklists and SOPs.
• Support integration and monitoring of RemoteLock smart locks.
• Generate reports on turnovers, maintenance tasks, and operational performance.
• Communicate with other VAs to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent guest experience.

Requirements:
• Must have experience using CloudBeds. Candidates without CloudBeds experience will not be considered.
• 2+ years experience in short-term rental coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience handling guest communications via OTAs (Airbnb, ---------- , VRBO, Expedia).
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize urgent guest and operational issues.
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.

Preferred Experience:
• Previous role as Operations Coordinator/Property Manager VA for short term rentals through boutique hotels.
• Hands-on experience managing operations in CloudBeds.
• Knowledge of dynamic pricing tools such as PriceLabs.
Compensation:
• Salary: $600 – $850 USD/month (full-time, 40 hrs/week)
• 13th Month Pay (Philippines standard)
• Performance Bonuses available
• Internet allowance ($20/month) provided
