I am looking for a part-time Recruiter. This role requires someone who has solid talent acquisition experience and can manage end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of roles across different industries. You’ll partner directly with leadership and collaborate closely with fellow recruiters and the client success team to deliver high-quality candidates and a smooth hiring process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, client endorsement, and job offer coordination.
- Recruit for a wide range of positions across various industries and functional areas.
- Communicate with clients to understand role requirements, clarify expectations, and provide recruitment updates.
- Coordinate candidate interviews, availability, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
- Use multiple sourcing channels, job boards, and Boolean search strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Prepare candidate profiles and other necessary files for endorsement.
- Work closely with the client success team to ensure strong employer–candidate alignment.
- Maintain accurate documentation, candidate records, trackers, and reporting tools.
- Contribute ideas to improve internal recruitment processes, systems, and hiring strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within a virtual staffing or BPO/RPO environment.
- Proven end-to-end recruitment experience, handling multiple roles across different industries.
- Strong client communication and client management skills, preferably foreign clients.
- Experienced in candidate coordination and managing high-volume pipelines.
- Solid background in sourcing through job portals, social media, databases, referrals, and Boolean search techniques.
- Tech-savvy and able to use ATS tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms efficiently.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a distributed team.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work part-time within US business hours (Pacific/Mountain time), with the possibility of going full-time depending on demand and work performance.
