Cold Outreach & Sales Specialist – Beauty/Cosmetics Industry

We're a cosmetic formulation lab looking for a cold outreach specialist to book discovery calls with indie skincare and haircare brands.
What You'll Do:

Send ---------- DMs daily to beauty brands on Instagram
Warm up cold prospects before DMing (engage, comment, follow, then DM)
Follow up relentlessly—no lead goes unanswered, no booking link ignored
Track every touchpoint in a spreadsheet—we review weekly
Transition qualified leads to email outreach
Hit weekly targets for responses and calls booked

Requirements:

Experience with cold DM or cold email sales—must show results
Meticulous organization—you track everything without being reminded
Strong written English that sounds natural, not scripted
Available 4-5 hours/day, 5 days/week

Bonus:

Experience in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics industry
Familiar with Calendly, Google Sheets, Slack
