We are looking for someone to help manage our outbound DM's and Inbound calls to Schedule and confirm appointments.
Customer Engagement Specialist
Responsibilities:
1. Outbound and Inbound Calls:
Initiate outbound calls and messages to potential clients, presenting our products/services and addressing inquiries.
Manage inbound calls, providing information,
Outbound and Inbound Messages:
Craft and send outbound messages, including
Monitor and respond to inbound messages promptly, addressing queries, concerns, and providing relevant information.
Appointment Scheduling:
Proactively call clients to schedule appointments, ensuring alignment with their preferences and availability.
Effectively manage an appointment booking system, optimizing schedules to accommodate both clients and internal requirements.
Appointment Confirmation:
Reach out to clients prior to scheduled appointments to confirm attendance and provide necessary details.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all resources are prepared for confirmed appointments.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture positive relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding of their needs.
Gather feedback during interactions and escalate any issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
