Base Pay: PHP 25,000 – PHP 40,000 per month (based on experience)
Recurring Commission: USD 99.90 per active clinic you personally close
Commission is paid monthly and continues for as long as the clinic remains active.
Example Income Potential:
10 active clinics = ~$999/month recurring + base
20 active clinics = ~$1,998/month recurring + base
30 active clinics = ~$2,997/month recurring + base

We are expanding our outbound team to introduce this intelligence to pediatric clinics across the United States.
The Role
This is a full-cycle outbound sales position.
You will:
Research and identify pediatric clinics
Conduct daily outbound calls and follow-ups
Book and lead structured 30-minute working sessions
Educate clinic leaders on environmental impact
Close clinics into recurring service
Maintain light relationship follow-up post-sale
You own the process from first outreach to active client.
This is not transactional selling.
You are helping decision-makers recognize a structural blind spot.
Daily Activity Expectations
This role requires consistent outbound execution.
Expected activity once ramped:
60–80 outbound calls per day
10–15 booked sessions per week
3–6 new clinic enrollments per month
We provide structured messaging frameworks and curated clinic lists.
You provide execution and composure.
