We are an internationally operating digital media company currently expanding our remote customer messaging operations.
To support our growth, we are looking for structured, reliable, and performance-oriented Virtual Assistants who are confident handling written one-on-one communication across digital platforms.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will manage private inbox conversations and ensure every interaction is handled professionally and effectively.
Your focus will be to:
-->Deliver clear, engaging, and brand-aligned written communication
-->Strengthen customer loyalty and overall satisfaction
-->Support long-term retention strategies
-->Recommend relevant content when appropriate
-->Maintain consistency and high-quality standards
-->This position requires discipline, accountability, and strong written communication skills.

-->Minimum C1 level written English (fluent and professional tone required)
-->Strong grammar and spelling accuracy
-->Excellent attention to detail
-->Typing speed of 60+ WPM preferred

Work Structure
-->Full-time role
-->8-hour shifts
-->6 days per week
-->24/7 operations (day, night, weekend, overnight shifts available)
-->Flexible scheduling depending on your time zone
Compensation & Development
PHP 38,000 – PHP 50,000 monthly base salary
Performance-based bonus system
Bi-weekly payments (Payoneer, Wise, or bank transfer)
Clear promotion pathway (Team Lead, Trainer, Management)
