We are searching for motivated Virtual Assistants who take pride in precision, professionalism, and performance.

Your Responsibility
As a Digital Communication Advisor, you will oversee direct written interactions with users and contribute to customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Your daily tasks include:
Managing private inbox discussions
Ensuring professional, personalized communication
Supporting retention through consistent interaction
Identifying opportunities for relevant recommendations
Upholding brand communication standards
This is a results-driven role where quality and consistency matter.

Candidate Requirements
Advanced English writing proficiency (C1 minimum required)
Excellent grammar and spelling skills
Strong attention to detail
60+ WPM typing speed preferred
High reliability and professional discipline
Openness to feedback and growth

Schedule
8-hour daily shifts
6 working days per week
24/7 coverage including weekends and overnight shifts
Flexible time zone alignment
Compensation Package
Monthly salary between PHP 38,000 – PHP 50,000
