JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented General Virtual Assistant to support our customer outreach and administrative tasks.
This role requires someone confident on the phone, organized, and confident working in Excel.

Main Responsibilities
- Call customers to:
- Confirm and update business information
- Verify email accuracy
- Ensure they are receiving our weekly or monthly specials and catalog emails
- Update and maintain accurate records in Excel
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed

Schedule
- 4 hours per day
- 2–3 days per week
- Consistent weekly schedule

Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills (clear and professional phone presence)
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable making outbound calls
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Highly dependable and organized
