TECHNICA is a boutique digital agency based in Fiji, serving service-based businesses across the Pacific Islands. We help our clients move from guesswork to strategy with custom-built websites, high-converting funnels, and CRM systems that actually get used.

We’re not a volume shop. We intentionally limit the number of clients we take on so every project gets our full attention and delivers measurable results. Our founder, Sidharth Prakash, has spent over a decade in Pacific digital marketing — and now he needs a sharp, reliable specialist to help TECHNICA grow beyond a one-person operation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is an outcome-focused role. We care about results, not hours logged.
• Own Squarespace Website Builds — Take projects from design brief to launch — responsive, polished, and on-brand — with minimal oversight.
• Build & Optimise GoHighLevel Funnels — Create landing pages, email/SMS sequences, and automation workflows that convert leads into clients for our customers.
• Free Up the Founder — By handling day-to-day development and execution, you directly unlock TECHNICA’s ability to take on new clients and grow revenue.
• Manage Client Communication — Serve as a reliable point of contact for assigned projects — proactive updates, clear timelines, and a professional experience our clients can trust.
• Maintain Quality & Brand Consistency — Every site, funnel, and email you deliver should reflect TECHNICA’s standard — checked for responsiveness, functionality, and design alignment before it goes live.
• Document & Templatise — Build reusable templates, document processes, and find efficiency gains that make TECHNICA faster and more consistent as we scale.
• Stay Ahead of the Platforms — Keep current with Squarespace and GoHighLevel updates, features, and best practices — and bring improvement ideas to the table.

YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF…
Must-Haves
• 2+ years of hands-on Squarespace experience (custom CSS, integrations, DNS configuration).
• Proven experience with GoHighLevel (or a comparable platform like ClickFunnels/Kajabi) — funnels, automations, and CRM pipelines.
• Strong visual design eye — you can implement layouts that look professional and convert, without needing a separate designer.
• Excellent written English for client communication, reporting, and basic web copy.
• Reliable, self-managed, and comfortable working independently in a remote, async-friendly environment.

Bonus Points
• Graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
• Foundational SEO knowledge (on-page, keywords, site structure).
• Familiarity with business culture in Fiji and the Pacific Islands.

WHAT WE OFFER
• Competitive Part-Time Pay — $5–$8 USD/hour based on experience (paid monthly via Wise, PayPal, or direct transfer).
• Flexible Remote Work — 3–4 hours/day, Monday–Friday, aligned with Fiji Time (GMT+12). Work from anywhere.
