Video Editor for AI UGC/VSL Content (long term growth opportunity)

About The Role
I run growing social media pages in the beauty and haircare niche creating AI generated UGC style short form videos for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
We are expanding our production workflow and looking for a reliable long term Video Editor who can grow into a full AI Production Assistant role. (you will have the opportunity for tremendous growth in the AI content creation space)
This position starts part time with editing responsibilities. High performers will transition into full AI content production including prompting, image generation, and AI video rendering.
I am looking for someone serious, consistent, and interested in long term work.

Phase 1 – Trial Period (First 1–2 Weeks)
Part time
4–5 hours per day
5 days per week
$3 per hour
You will:
• Edit 90-120 second vertical short form videos in CapCut
• Stitch together provided AI generated clips
• Trim awkward pauses and glitches
• Sync captions accurately with dialogue
• Add subtle background music and light sound effects
• Insert screenshots or overlays when instructed
• Export final videos in 9:16 format (1080x1920)
• Organize project files properly in Google Drive
Expected output after training:
4–6 completed short form videos per shift.

Growth Opportunity – Full AI Production Role
High performing candidates may expand into:
• Running Nano Banana AI image generations
• Running Veo 3 AI video generations
• Managing AI prompts and raw clips
• Handling complete AI production workflow
• Organizing and maintaining content folders
Once fully onboarded and independently managing the production workflow, compensation will transition to a flat $550 monthly structure.

Requirements
• Strong CapCut experience (required)
• Experience editing TikTok or Reels style content
• Clean, simple editing style (no flashy transitions)
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable internet connection
• Organized file management
• Good English communication
Huge Plus in Candidates:
• Experience using AI tools (Google FLOW Veo 3, Nano Banana Pro, Heygen ElevenLabs)
• Familiar with short form viewer retention, utilizing captivating hooks, knowledge on copywriting to create engagement.
