Graphic Designer for Aesthetic Notes

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to transform typed nursing school notes into visually appealing, easy-to-understand, and aesthetically cohesive digital study materials for sale on Etsy.

This role requires someone who understands how to organize complex educational information into clean, engaging, and high-quality digital notes that are both visually beautiful and academically clear.

This is ongoing work for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
    •    Transform typed nursing notes into visually appealing digital study guides
    •    Design structured layouts with headings, charts, diagrams, icons, and visual cues
    •    Maintain consistent branding (color themes, fonts, layout structure)
    •    Create digital notes optimized for:
    •    iPad users
    •    Printable PDF formats
    •    Digital note-taking apps
    •    Organize content in a way that improves comprehension and retention
    •    Collaborate through shared folders and real-time editing platforms

Required Skills
    •    Proficient in Canva
    •    Comfortable using or designing for:
    •    Notability
    •    GoodNotes
    •    Canva
    •    Strong understanding of layout, spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy
    •    Ability to turn dense educational content into easy-to-read formats
    •    Experience creating digital products for Etsy (preferred but not required)
    •    Strong attention to detail
    •    Able to follow brand guidelines (soft/pink color palettes preferred)

Preferred Qualifications
    •    Experience creating aesthetic study notes
    •    Background in healthcare, nursing, or science (strongly preferred but not required)
    •    Familiarity with digital planners, study templates, or printable products
    •    Experience working with virtual teams
