Role Overview
As our Video Editor, you’ll be responsible for producing conversion-focused videos for social media, ads, product launches, and website content. You’ll bring our brand story to life visually while maintaining a strong understanding of what drives viewers to act.
Key Responsibilities
Edit and produce high-quality, conversion-focused videos for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts,
Craft video content optimized for eCommerce campaigns, including product demos, tutorials, testimonials, and UGC-style content.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into compelling video assets.
Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and effects to enhance storytelling and engagement.
Maintain brand consistency across all video content, ensuring tone, style, and messaging align with the brand’s voice.
Stay up-to-date on video trends, platform requirements, and best practices for conversion and engagement.
Review performance data and adjust video content to improve click-through and conversion rates.
Qualifications
Proven experience editing videos for eCommerce, preferably skincare, beauty, or wellness brands.
Strong portfolio of short-form videos that have driven measurable conversions or engagement.
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar).
Understanding of social media platforms’ video requirements and best practices.
Ability to create fast-paced, eye-catching edits that hook viewers in the first 3 seconds.
Creative storytelling skills and attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus: Experience with A/B testing video creatives and analyzing performance metrics.
