LuxVisuals Media is a fast-growing real estate photography and videography company serving estate agents and developers across London & Surrey.

We help agents win more instructions through high-quality media and strategic marketing.

We are now hiring a highly experienced Outreach & Lead Generation VA to help us consistently generate qualified leads across Instagram, Facebook and Email.

This is not a beginner position. We are looking for someone who understands outbound systems, lead sourcing and professional communication.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for:

Finding and qualifying new leads within our service area (London & Surrey)

Engaging with leads on social media before outreach

Sending cold outreach messages

Sending structured follow-ups

Handling replies professionally

Booking qualified calls

Updating, managing and organising all data inside Monday.com

Tracking and reporting daily KPIs

You must be fluent in English and confident replying to estate agents and company decision makers.

Lead Sourcing Responsibilities

This role is not just messaging -you will actively:

Identify new estate agents, brokerages and property professionals within our service areas

Research company pages and decision-makers

Determine whether they are active on Instagram or Facebook

Add all new leads to Monday.com with correct tagging and tracking

Engagement Before Outreach:

Before sending the first outreach message, you must:

Engage with each lead for 3 consecutive days

Minimum 20 engagement actions per day (likes, meaningful comments, story replies)

Engagement must be natural and relevant

This is part of our outbound strategy and is non-negotiable.

Daily Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Minimum 20 new outreach messages per day (Instagram, Facebook & Email individually)

Minimum 20 follow-up messages per day

Minimum 20 engagement actions per day

All leads tracked and updated properly inside Monday.com

Clear daily KPI reporting

Consistency and discipline are critical.

outreach will primarily be used for:

Brokerages

Company pages

Estate agents who do not actively monitor DMs

You must be comfortable sending structured, professional cold emails and managing follow-up sequences.

Ideal Candidate:

Fully experienced using Monday.com

Strong written English (professional and confident tone)

Experienced in Instagram & Facebook outreach

Experienced in cold email outreach

Comfortable speaking to decision-makers

Highly organised and detail-oriented

Proactive and performance-driven

Bonus: Experience with Eli Jones’ outbound method or similar structured outbound frameworks.
