Experienced RFP WRITTER

I am looking to hire an experienced RFP writer who specializes in call center, answering service, and contact center proposals. This is not a customer service job. I'm looking for someone to assist me with actually writing a RFP for customer service contracts.

This is NOT for someone who has only written general business proposals. I specifically need someone who has real experience writing and winning RFPs for:

Call centers

Contact centers

Answering services

Customer service contracts

Government or municipal call center contracts

What I’m Looking For:

Proven experience writing RFP responses for call center services

Demonstrated track record of winning contracts

Strong understanding of government and public sector procurement

Ability to interpret scope of work and mirror language effectively

Experience with compliance-driven RFPs (24/7 coverage, reporting requirements, staffing plans, QA procedures, etc.)

Ability to help strengthen positioning even if company is newer
