Digital Operations Specialist

A proactive specialist who drives video content creation while supporting business operations. This role focuses on editing and producing videos for social media and other channels, but also contributes to structured workflows and systems.

What You’ll Do:
• Edit and produce short-form videos, reels, and other content with clean edits, captions, and consistent branding.
• Turn AI outputs into brand-aligned content and short-form videos.
• Support social media growth and content execution.
• Build, improve, and maintain structured systems and SOPs.
• Organize digital files and manage multiple projects efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:
• Self-starter with fast execution and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of branding, aesthetic consistency, and content evolution.
• Comfortable creating workflows, SOPs, and optimizing processes.
• Proficient in AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Higgsfield, etc.) and G-Suite.
• Access to a reliable Apple device

Preferred:
• Experience in digital operations, real estate, sales, or service-based businesses.

Details:
• Full-Time, Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM EST
• $800 USD/month ($5/hour)
• 13th-Month Pay
• Paid Time Off
