As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in the successful execution, optimization, and analysis of our clients' digital marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with 2-4 years of experience in paid ad management across search engine marketing (SEM), Meta, and LinkedIn and who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment. In this role, you’ll be collaborating with seasoned professionals and will work closely with your Marketing Consultant and Campaign Director.

You will assist in the analysis and optimization of accounts, provide strategic guidance, and contribute to budget allocation decisions. You will be a major contributor to sophisticated multi-channel marketing initiatives across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Google, Bing, and OTT/CTV, where responsibilities will also include ensuring that all campaign assets are in place, coordinating with various tea ---------- mbers to meet project deadlines, and maintaining comprehensive records of all campaign-related activities.

Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze campaigns at the pre-defined cadence, suggest optimizations, and ensure updates are documented appropriately. Continuously analyze campaign data, uncover insights, and translate them into recommendations to optimize performance.
- Offer strategic input and budget allocation suggestions.
- Collaborate with the Campaign Director to carry out campaign builds and optimizations. Ensure all campaign assets are implemented in-platform and prepared for final internal quality control (QC checks).
- Assist in preparing and updating client reporting decks in coordination with the Marketing Operations team and Marketing Consultant.
- Work with the Campaign Director to create and refine target audiences in collaboration with various vendors (eg. Bombora, Simplifi, etc.).
- Develop a strong conceptual understanding of each client’s business model, marketing objectives, and campaign strategy, and demonstrate the ability to shift between accounts with different goals (e.g., lead generation vs. brand awareness) while optimizing tactics accordingly.
- Manage campaign experiments, from setup to tracking results.
- Regularly monitor campaigns to ensure full-funnel execution post-launch.
- Check ad platforms at predefined cadences to ensure budget spending aligns with expectations and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams to ensure all deadlines are met, and campaign needs are addressed.
- Maintain clear documentation of optimizations, suggestions, and feedback.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform errors and recommendations with the Campaign Director.

Candidates Must Have:
- 2-4 years of in-platform digital marketing optimization experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Meta, and DSP platforms, including proficiency in display ads.
- Experience working in HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Ads and SEO/SEM principles.
- Experience with various marketing automation tasks, such as list building, workflow building, form building, etc.
- Experience with reporting and analysis tools, including building reports and presenting insights.
- Strong optimization skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Bonus Points If You Have: Agency experience.

This Position Reports To: Campaign Director

Working Hours: This is a remote-only position working US business hours. Applicants must be available to work either a graveyard shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PH time) or a bridge shift (3:00 AM – 12:00 NN PH time).

You Should Know: This isn’t the place for everyone. You’ll have a lot of autonomy, but the expectations are high, the work is fast-paced, and the hats are many. We’re looking for people with grit who take ownership, see the big picture, and are always thinking about how we can do even better the next time.

Compensation and Benefits: Digital Reach offers a competitive salary for this role, depending on location and experience. You’ll also receive a benefits package which could include up to 6 weeks of PTO (including sick leave, holidays, and time off for vacation, etc.) depending on your location.

Timeline: Applicants who pass the initial screen can expect video screening questions and initial behavioral/cognitive testing within a week of submitting your application. We are hiring for this position for an immediate start but will adjust the timeline for the right candidate.
