Ecommerce Photo Editor (Product Retouching – Art Pieces, Ongoing Work)

We are looking for a detail-oriented photo editor to help with ongoing product image editing for ecommerce platforms (Etsy, Chairish, and other marketplaces). Photos are of art pieces including those made from bronze (which can be reflective) and other mediums.

This is long-term, repeat work (100 - 150 images per batch).

Responsibilities:
- Background cleaning (dust, wrinkles, etc.)
- Tone and exposure correction
- Preserve metallic detail (bronze, silver, patina)
- Avoid crushing shadows on dark objects
- Maintain highlight detail (no blown whites)
- Light retouching (dust removal, minor cleanup)
- Resize for ecommerce platforms
- Deliver consistent, natural-looking results

We are NOT looking for over-edited, high-contrast, “Amazon-style” brightness.

We prefer:
Dimensional, natural, gallery-quality editing.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Advanced Photoshop
- Clipping path
- Masking
- Color correction
- Experience editing metallic objects
- Understanding of highlight protection
- Ability to follow detailed style guide

PAY STRUCTURE
We typically process 100–150 images per batch.

Target rate:
$0.60–$0.80 per image depending on quality and speed.

Potential for consistent weekly work if quality and communication are strong.
