Short-Term Research Project

Project Overview:

We are a US-based consulting firm. We are expanding our business development efforts and need a highly detail-oriented Research Specialist to help us identify affiliate organizations, chapters, and partner networks connected to associations we have worked with in the past.

We need a skilled online researcher to:

Map all affiliate organizations, state chapters, regional chapters, and official partner networks connected to a list of associations we provide.

What You Will Do:

For each association we assign, you will:
• Review their website
• Identify national, state, or regional chapters
• Identify official affiliate organizations
• Verify legitimacy
• Find executive-level contact information (name and email address)
• Enter clean, verified data into provided Microsoft Excel Sheet

Project Scope:
We will provide a list of an estimated 18 past association clients.

Deliverable:
Completed Microsoft Excel Sheet with all verified affiliates mapped.

Completion Deadline:
Seven (7) days

Tools Required:
• Desktop or laptop (not mobile)
• Strong internet connection
• Google Chrome
• Microsoft Excel
• ChatGPT (we will guide you on how to use it properly)

Compensation Structure:
Payment release after quality assurance based on completed milestones.
• Milestone 1: First 6 associations
• Milestone 2: Second 6 associations
• Milestone 3: Third 6 associations

What “Good” Quality Assurance Looks Like:
For each association, the final Excel sheet should include:
• Clear identification of structure
• All legitimate affiliates mapped
• Clean website links
• Executive-level contact name
• Verified email when available
• Clear source listed
