???? Your Main Responsibilities
Video Editing (Primary Role)
Edit short-form videos for:
TikTok
Instagram Reels
YouTube Shorts
Add:
Captions
Hooks
Engaging transitions
Background music
B-roll
Motion graphics (if capable)
Repurpose long-form content into multiple short clips
Optimize videos for retention and engagement
Social Media Management
Upload and schedule content
Write captions (with guidance)
Post consistently
Monitor comments and basic engagement
Help grow accounts organically
Analyze basic metrics and improve content performance

? Requirements
Strong experience with:
Character animator, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar
Experience editing viral short-form content
Understanding of hooks and retention editing
Good English communication
Fast internet connection
Reliable and consistent availability
Creative thinker
Detail-oriented
Willing to grow with the brand long-term
? Bonus If You Have:
Experience with personal brands
Knowledge of financial / mindset content
Basic graphic design skills
Experience with Canva
Experience growing TikTok or Instagram accounts
? Work Schedule
Full-time (40 hours per week)
Flexible hours, but daily communication required
