Real Estate Video Editor

Hello everybody!

I'm looking for somebody that specializes in real estate video editing. Not a VA that does editing on the side. If you cannot match what I describe below I will immediately flag your submission. I only want the people who fit what I ask for. Thank you.

Here are two reference videos that I want the editor I'm looking to hire to be capable of:

The important thing to note in these videos is the following which I'll be looking for:
- Good colour grading & cinematic
- Smooth well stabilized shots with no shake so speed ramping is not wobbly
- Speed ramps and transitions are smooth and well animated make the video flow
- Well edited to the music
- SFX design is great
- I am also looking for somebody that can do AI effects like day to night transitions, winter to summer (since I'm in Canada), and people using the property etc.
