Full Time Virtual Assistant

We are a digital marketing company in Australia that helps fitness and wellness businesses (like gyms) create social media content.
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to work full time hours in the Australian timezone.

Who are you?
- You have to be good with numbers
- Fluent in English
- Big plus if able to think critically and outside the box - don’t just do what you’re told! We are looking for someone who is proactive and likes to go above and beyond what is told to them.
- You pride yourself in having high attention to detail, not missing a beat if you see a spelling error or a number that’s not right
- You are very organised, you like to write down notes on what you need to do, and organise your big to do lists effectively and not get lost
- You are able to work in a diverse environment with a lot of varied tasks


Responsibilities
- Manual data entry - Updating spreadsheets
- Quality Assurance - Check video content for spelling errors or technical requirement fails
- Content scheduling - Posting content provided to you, onto social media platforms via our scheduling tools
- Updating tech tools such as CRM systems and our project management system Clickup
- Executive assisting - Helping the business owner draft emails, communicate with the team, take meeting notes, write and execute task reminders, organise calendar agendas for the week
- Updating documentations - Provide assistance to the team and/or updating any process documentations
- Onboarding any new staff required by following a checklist and explaining things

Requirements
- 3+ years in admin and support type of role
- Must have a computer and have stable internet connection
