We are looking for a long-term, full-time **Graphic Designer** who is passionate about visual storytelling, understands marketing performance, and can translate strategy into high-converting creative assets. This role requires someone who blends creativity with structure — designing visuals that not only look great but also drive results.
This is not just about making things “pretty.” We’re looking for a designer who understands branding, marketing psychology, and conversion-focused design.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Asset Design
Design high-quality visual assets for:
* Paid ads
* Social media content (posts, carousels, stories, thumbnails)
* Landing pages & sales pages
*
* Funnels & opt-in pages
* Lead magnets & PDFs
* Website visuals
* Presentation decks
* Video thumbnails
* Motion graphics using AI
Branding & Visual Identity
* Maintain and evolve brand identity across all platforms.
* Develop brand guidelines (colors, typography, layout systems, imagery style).
* Ensure visual consistency across campaigns and customer touchpoints.
Performance-Driven Design
* Design creatives optimized for conversion and engagement.
* Collaborate with copywriters and media buyers to improve ad performance.
* Participate in A/B testing of visual variations.
* Analyze creative performance data and iterate designs accordingly.
Marketing & Funnel Collaboration
* Work closely with copywriters, project managers, and media buyers.
* Design landing page mockups that prioritize UX and conversion flow.
* Ensure visuals enhance messaging and guide the user journey.
Quality Assurance (QA)
* Ensure all assets meet platform specifications and technical requirements.
* Maintain organized file structures and proper naming conventions.
* Deliver final files in correct formats and resolutions.
* Proof visuals for alignment, spacing, typography accuracy, and brand consistency.
Required Education & Background
* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
* Strong academic foundation in typography, layout, color theory, branding, and design systems.
* 2–5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating marketing-focused design work.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong proficiency in:
* Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
* Canva (for fast-turnaround marketing assets)
* Basic understanding of motion graphics using AI
Strong understanding of:
* Branding & visual identity systems
* Social media design trends
* Paid ad creative formats
* Conversion-focused design principles
* User experience (UX) fundamentals
* Layout hierarchy & typography best practices
Ability to:
* Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
* Take creative direction and feedback constructively.
* Work efficiently in a fast-paced marketing environment.
* Translate marketing strategy into compelling visuals.
