We are building a results-driven outbound sales team operating in global seafood and commodity markets.

Role Responsibilities

Daily Execution:
• High-volume, targeted outreach
• 150–200 segmented emails
• 15–20 sales calls
• 30–50 follow-ups
• 10–20 personalized ABM emails
• Detailed CRM documentation
• Market research (importers/exporters)

Performance Benchmarks
• 8–12 qualified inquiries per week
• 3–6 active negotiations per week
• Minimum 2 closed deals per month

Compensation Structure

Base + Performance:
— Competitive base salary (aligned with experience)

— This is a performance-based compensation role designed for individuals who aim to maximise earnings through results.

The base salary is structured accordingly:
— The majority of earning potential comes from performance incentives and commissions
— This role is best suited for candidates comfortable operating in a results-driven environment with scalable income potential

Seller-Side (Retainers)
— Fixed bonus per retainer
— Tier-based % commissions (Level 1 & 2)
— Expected range: $750–$2,500/month

Buyer-Side (Closures)
— Fixed bonus per deal
— Tier-based % commissions (Level 1 & 2)
— Expected range: $2,000–$5,000/month

1 supplier region , 1 buyer country, 1 seafood product , 1 grade/type, 1 packaging format, 1 shipment size (20ft / 40ft / pallets)

Your pitch must:
— Introduce yourself professionally
— Present the product clearly
— Position supplier to buyer
— Initiate a realistic commercial conversation

Outreach Thinking Test:
Briefly answer:
— How would you generate leads in this market?
— How would you respond to “not interested”?
— How would you structure follow-ups to avoid being ignored?

Video Requirement (Mandatory)
