Role Responsibilities
Daily Execution:
• High-volume, targeted outreach
• 150–200 segmented
• 15–20 sales calls
• 30–50 follow-ups
• 10–20 personalized ABM
• Detailed CRM documentation
• Market research (importers/exporters)
Performance Benchmarks
• 8–12 qualified inquiries per week
• 3–6 active negotiations per week
• Minimum 2 closed deals per month

Compensation Structure
Base + Performance:

— Fixed bonus per retainer

— Expected range: $2,000–$5,000/month
