JOB OVERVIEW

Marketing & Distribution

Listing Creation: Professional photography, 3D tours, and keyword-optimized descriptions for platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, and ---------- .
Channel Management: Syncing calendars across all platforms to prevent double-bookings.
Direct Booking Website: Developing and managing a standalone site to avoid OTA (Online Travel Agency) fees.
Dynamic Pricing: Using AI-driven tools to adjust rates daily based on local events, seasonality, and competitor occupancy.

Guest Experience & Communication
Inquiry Management: Responding to potential guests within minutes (often using AI-assisted tools for speed).
Vetting & Screening: Verifying guest identities and checking for history of "party house" behavior.
Digital Guidebooks: Providing guests with QR-coded manuals for WiFi, appliance instructions, and local recommendations.
Check-in/Out Logistics: Managing smart lock codes or physical key exchanges.
Review Management: Proactively asking for reviews and professionally responding to feedback.

Managing On-the-Ground Operations
Cleaning Coordination: Scheduling professional cleaners immediately after every checkout.
Linen Service: Laundering or replacing high-quality towels and bedding.
Restocking Essentials: Monitoring and replenishing "consumables" (toilet paper, coffee, shampoo, cleaning supplies).
Quality Inspections: Conducting a walkthrough after the cleaning team leaves to ensure the "stage" is perfect for the next guest.
