JOB OVERVIEW

$400 per month + $200 Launch Bonus available

We are a premium UK beauty brand with over 30,000 videos and images.

We are hiring a Creative Video Editor who can turn existing images, videos, b roll into structured, high-quality social media output.

You will be working from our asset library and executing content with creative flair — within brand guidelines.

Extract ? Create ? Edit ? Structure ? Schedule ? Track ? Refine ????

How The Role Works

We provide:
• A topic
• A content objective
• Brand inspiration
• Clear pillar direction

You deliver:
• Edited short-form videos (Reels / TikTok / Shorts)
• Structured carousels
• Strong hooks and polished captions
• Organised scheduling inside Notion
• Premium, cohesive execution

You must be able to take direction and elevate it.

The First Month (Fast-Track Phase)

We want to build ---------- ntum quickly.

For the first 2 weeks:

You will create and schedule one full month of content (30–60 posts) in advance.

If this is completed successfully within 2 weeks, you will receive a $200 bonus on top of the $400 monthly retainer.

After that:

You will work weekly to maintain the one-month buffer and continuously improve performance.

Content Includes
• 1–2 posts per day
• Video edits
• Carousels
• Organic growth content
• Product & sales content
• Evergreen brand authority content

Everything must feel premium.

You Must Have
• Excellent written English (non-negotiable)
• Strong short-form video editing skills
• Confidence using Notion
• Ability to take inspiration and execute independently
• High attention to detail
• Commercial awareness (content supports revenue)

Training Provided

We have invested in paid social media training.

You will have access and are expected to learn and implement strategies where relevant.
