GoHighLevel Automation Engineer

Job Description:
We are hiring a GoHighLevel Automation Engineer to build, manage, and optimize advanced workflows inside GHL.

This role is focused on backend automation, pipeline logic, integrations, and system reliability. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable automation systems that support lead generation, sales, onboarding, and retention.

Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain advanced workflows (conditional logic, branching, tagging)
• Design automation for SMS, email, voicemail, task triggers, and follow-ups
• Architect pipeline stages and opportunity movement logic
• Implement lead scoring and segmentation systems
• Connect webhooks, Zapier, and third-party integrations
• Debug broken workflows and troubleshoot automation issues
• QA test full automation sequences end-to-end
• Maintain clean build structure and documentation

Requirements:
• Proven experience building complex automations in GoHighLevel
• Strong understanding of triggers, conditions, and workflow architecture
• Experience with webhooks, APIs, or Zapier integrations
• Ability to map automation logic before building
• Detail-oriented and systematic
• Examples of previous automation builds required
