Property Revenue & Leasing Manager (Remote)

We are seeking a results-driven Property Revenue Manager to help fill 5 vacant rental units in St. Louis, Missouri.

Primary Objective:
Increase occupancy and optimize rental revenue.

Responsibilities:

Post pictures of properties

Analyze rental comps (long-term vs mid-term)

Recommend an optimal pricing strategy

Coordinate furnishing plans

Post optimized listings

Respond to inquiries promptly

Screen applicants

Track occupancy metrics

Report weekly performance metrics

Secondary (Phase 2):

Research redevelopment areas

Evaluate zoning and housing program opportunities

Requirements:

Experience with Zillow / ---------- / Furnished Finder preferred

Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills

Excellent written English

Organized and responsive

Hours: 20-30/week
