Sales Manager

I am seeking a qualified Sales Manager with experience in Airbnb Space. Candidate must meet all requirements to be considered for this position.

Requiements-
*Create sales campaigns and outreach to increase revenue.
*Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
*Track sales KPIs, prepare reports, and adjust tactics accordingly.
*Build and maintain relationships with guests and partners.
*Negotiate rates, offers,and promotions to drive sales.
*Attend networking events or engage in B2B outreach.

Requirements-
*3+ years experience in sales peferably in hospitality or real estate.
*Bachelors or Masters degree (preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related Field.
*Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
*Strong negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach.
*Tech-savvy with CRM tools and reporting software.

Preferred Skills-
*Familiarity with vacation rental markets and seasonal demand.
*Experience with pricing strategies and dynamic pricing tools.
