JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a long-term, full-time **Copywriter** who is passionate about writing, obsessed with persuasive messaging, and deeply understands how words drive action. This role requires someone who can craft compelling copy across multiple platforms — from ads to funnels to email sequences — while maintaining a consistent brand voice and high conversion standards.

This is not a “just write content” role. We are looking for a strategic thinker who understands marketing psychology, customer journeys, and performance-driven copy.

Key Responsibilities

Copywriting & Content Creation
Write high-converting copy for:
* Sales pages
* Landing pages & opt-in pages
* Email sequences & automations
* Paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube)
* Video sales letters (VSLs) & scripts
* Social media captions
* Funnel flows & upsells
* Website pages
Ensure all messaging aligns with brand voice, target audience, and campaign goals.

Conversion Optimization
* Write copy with clear structure, emotional triggers, and persuasive frameworks.
* Continuously improve copy performance through A/B testing.
* Analyze conversion data and optimize messaging accordingly.
* Understand buyer psychology and objections at each stage of the funnel.

Marketing Strategy Collaboration
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign messaging strategies.
* Align copy with funnel strategy, paid ads, and automation flows.
* Work closely with designers, media buyers, and project managers to ensure cohesive execution.

Research & Brand Voice Development
* Conduct deep audience research (pain points, desires, objections, language patterns).
* Study competitors and market positioning.
* Develop and refine brand messaging guidelines.
* Maintain consistency across all platforms and assets.

Quality Assurance (QA)
* Proofread and edit all copy for clarity, grammar, tone, and persuasion.
* Ensure messaging flows logically throughout funnels and automations.
* Maintain high standards for accuracy and brand integrity.

Required Education & Background
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Advertising, or a related field.
* A minor or strong coursework focus in Writing, Creative Writing, or Persuasive Communication is highly preferred.
* 2–5+ years of professional copywriting experience (agency or in-house).
* Demonstrated portfolio of high-converting copy (sales pages, ads, emails, funnels).
