The work includes:
• Short-form content (Instagram Reels / TikTok)
• YouTube vlog-style videos (10–15 minutes)
• Simple but clean YouTube thumbnails

Editing style:
Short-form:
- Strong hooks
- Fast pacing
- Clean jump cuts

Captions
- Retention-focused structure

YouTube (vlog-style):
- Remove dead air
- Improve pacing
- Light music when appropriate
- Simple zooms (not over-edited)
- Natural flow

This is structured monthly work with clear deliverables and expectations. I provide clear instructions and references.

Requirements:
- Must edit everything yourself (no outsourcing)
- Must be reliable and responsive
- Must follow instructions closely
- Must be open to feedback and improvement
