The ideal candidate is creative, reliable, organized, and proactive, with the ability to maintain a consistent online presence, communicate professionally, and be a real contributor to the business by bringing ideas, solving problems, and adding value beyond basic task completion.

• Good eye for branding, tone, and content quality
• Can follow instructions but also take initiative
• Consistent, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Able to meet deadlines and manage time well
• Previous experience with social media accounts or online communities
• Willing to contribute ideas that help improve growth, engagement, and the business overall
