Facebook Ads Specialist

Looking for a **results-driven VA** to run **paid Facebook ads & create social content** that generates **targeted leads into our DMs**.

You will:
• Build, launch, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns
• Create high-converting ad copy and graphics
• Analyze campaign performance weekly
• Work with content creation for ads & organic posts
• Help increase lead flow into our DMs
• Implement ad strategies that convert (not just “run ads”)
- Respond to DM’s once client replies

REQUIREMENTS:
• Experienced with Facebook Ads Manager
• Strong copywriting skills
• Able to track + report results
• Portfolio of past campaigns
• Good communication

*Base pay starts at $5 per hour, bonuses and raises are based on performance. We need someone to convert and bring in revenue. If we have no revenue, then we cannot properly compensate our employees. This position is very critical because it’s the only one that makes or breaks the business*
