Email Marketing Manager (Remote)

We’re looking for an experienced Email Marketing Manager to own and optimize our email channel.

We collect leads through paid traffic and lead magnets, then monetize the list through daily email campaigns. Your role is to run this system end-to-end while protecting deliverability and list health.

Responsibilities
Plan and send daily email campaigns
Match email formats and angles to offers
Manage variation to avoid fatigue
Monitor and maintain deliverability
Maintain email flows (onboarding, warming, re-engagement)
Clean inactives and manage list hygiene
Track performance and fix issues proactively

Requirements
Strong email marketing experience
Solid understanding of deliverability and list management
Comfortable owning strategy and execution
Self-directed and detail-oriented
