Experienced integrating AI tools into your daily workflow

What You’ll Do
Manage communications, scheduling, and day-to-day operations
Coordinate logistics and keep things organized across multiple businesses
Support marketing, content, and creative projects as needed
Wear multiple hats and work independently

Apple ecosystem fluency is a plus. We use iMessage, FaceTime, and native Mac and iPhone apps daily. Owning a MacBook and iPhone is a plus.
